it's irritating, fun, noise pollution, cute, funny, boring all that stuff wrapped up together, but i liked it. makes me think of most of the japanese anime.

yeah i agree that this is very fit for the final boss, because this gave the atmosphere like.... well when you get near someone like Hitler (wadolf dressed in the same way) but this is cool by itself
